• Pilates GRIP socks are required for all participants. Grip socks can be purchased at the studio if needed.

• A signed waiver is required for all participants. Your waiver link will be emailed to you in your order confirmation.

Our experience is approximately 60 minutes, with additional puppy social time when the litter’s age + energy allow. Puppy wellbeing always comes first.

Why do the puppies join around halfway through?

Starting with focused Pilates lets you make the most of your workout while giving our puppies time to rest and recharge between experiences.

Puppy time is a shared experience, not uninterrupted individual handling. Puppy wellbeing always comes first.

Each 60-minute session includes 45 minutes of mat Pilates, with puppies joining around halfway through the workout. After Pilates, enjoy a final 15 minutes of Puppy Social Time.

Our team brings puppies to you during the puppy portion. Your Pilates mat and equipment are provided, along with a refreshing sparkling beverage and a branded Puppies & Pilates koozie to take home.

Puppy time is a shared experience, not guaranteed uninterrupted individual handling. Puppy wellbeing always comes first.

Arrival time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to allow time for check-in and preparation.
Late arrival: To avoid disruption, entry will not be permitted once 15 minutes have passed after the scheduled start time.
Puppy interaction: Our sessions include live puppies. While we do our best to create opportunities for interaction, time with the puppies cannot be guaranteed. Minor risks such as scratches or playful nips may occur, and the well-being of the puppies is always our top priority.
Waiver requirement: All participants are required to complete and sign a liability waiver before participating in any session.
Age requirement: Participants must be at least 12 years old to attend. Those ages 12–15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Pilates socks required: Pilates socks are required for class and can be purchased at the studio if needed.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Breeds are not guaranteed and may vary at the last minute for various reason.

The concept alone is wonderful. Who doesn't love puppies. Workout review first: It was refreshing to see each mat had all equipment already placed to avoid any guesswork other than you bringing your grip socks. Low impact but I was sweating. Then the puppies: The puppies came out and it was great chaos. The P&P ladies made sure to bring a puppy to you so no one was left out. After the workout, mocktails were provided and the P&P ladies made sure to take pictures for you on your phone. We had 15 min of just puppy time at the end. Having said goodby to my dog in July, having a puppy fix was just what I needed. The P&P ladies have a well rounded and thought through business model. These are puppies, they are going to potty but the P&P ladies were right behind them to quickly and thoroughly address the issue. I loved the puppy breath and the puppy energy.

Great way to spend part of my morning. I’ll definitely do it again. I loved it!

We had the absolute best time! First, the Pilates class. The teacher was truly wonderful and patient. I do not know how she continued to teach throughout the entire class when half of us stopped paying attention because of the puppies. Second, the puppies!! They were precious and the entire crew working there were so darling to make sure everyone had time with the puppies and cleaned up after their messes. You should definitely come here. It was amazing.

Good workout, great puppies and the staff is wonderful about giving everyone time with the puppies - equally. Great about taking pictures for the participants as well!

We had the BEST time at Puppies & Pilates in Rehoboth Beach! The Pilates mat routine was a serious workout and meeting the Frenchie puppies was great fun! We would definitely attend again! Highly recommend!!

My sister in law and I had a total blast at puppies and pilates! It was the perfect start to our vacation in rehobeth beach. The pilates class was surprisingly challenging and good. The puppies were completely adorable. My only complaint is it was very warm in the workout room.

This was the best day ever!! Such a fun event and I can’t wait to do it again. Great Pilates class and the puppies were so fun and adorable.
