Give the gift of Puppies and Pilates™. The standard class brings together expert-led mat Pilates and puppy interaction in a 60-minute experience.
About the standard class
Each 60-minute session includes 45 minutes of mat Pilates, with puppies joining around halfway through the workout. After Pilates, enjoy a final 15 minutes of Puppy Social Time. Puppy time is a shared experience, not uninterrupted individual handling.
Your well-being—and the puppies’—is always our priority. Classes are structured with ample rest, hydration, and clean spaces to ensure a safe, ethical, and elevated experience for everyone.
The standard class experience includes:
- 45 minutes of expert-led mat Pilates, with puppies joining around halfway through.
- A final 15 minutes of Puppy Social Time.
- Puppy deliveries: our team brings puppies to you during the puppy portion.
- Pilates mat and equipment.
- A refreshing sparkling beverage and branded Puppies and Pilates koozie to take home.
- Luxe studio setting and curated ambiance.
Important information for class participants:
- Arrival time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to allow time for check-in and preparation.
- Late arrival: To avoid disruption, entry will not be permitted once 15 minutes have passed after the scheduled start time.
- Puppy interaction: Our sessions include live puppies. While we do our best to create opportunities for interaction, time with the puppies cannot be guaranteed. Minor risks such as scratches or playful nips may occur, and the well-being of the puppies is always our top priority.
- Waiver requirement: All participants are required to complete and sign a liability waiver before participating in any session.
- Age requirement: Participants must be at least 12 years old to attend. Those ages 12–15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Grip socks: Pilates grip socks are required for class and can be purchased at the studio if needed.
Gift-card terms
Gift Cards are nonrefundable and expire after 60 days.
