The Puppies and Pilates Experience
Each 60-minute session includes 45 minutes of mat Pilates, with puppies joining around halfway through the workout. After Pilates, enjoy a final 15 minutes of Puppy Social Time.
Our team brings puppies to you during the puppy portion. Your Pilates mat and equipment are provided, along with a refreshing sparkling beverage and a branded Puppies & Pilates koozie to take home.
Puppy time is a shared experience, not guaranteed uninterrupted individual handling. Puppy wellbeing always comes first.
Important Information
- Arrival time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to allow time for check-in and preparation.
- Late arrival: To avoid disruption, entry will not be permitted once 15 minutes have passed after the scheduled start time.
- Puppy interaction: Our sessions include live puppies. While we do our best to create opportunities for interaction, time with the puppies cannot be guaranteed. Minor risks such as scratches or playful nips may occur, and the well-being of the puppies is always our top priority.
- Waiver requirement: All participants are required to complete and sign a liability waiver before participating in any session.
- Age requirement: Participants must be at least 12 years old to attend. Those ages 12–15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Pilates socks required: Pilates socks are required for class and can be purchased at the studio if needed.
- All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Puppy breeds are usually announced 3 days before the session on our Instagram stories (@puppiesandpilates_dc) and on the website on this page.
Breeds are not guaranteed and may vary at the last minute for various reason.

Returns and Transfer
All purchases are final. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Puppies and Pilates may allow you to change your class up to 3 days before the event, however based on class availability, there are no guarantees! If you would like to transfer, please email us at info@puppies-pilates.com
