Our team is committed to creating an exceptional experience, all while making the care, health, and happiness of the puppies our top priority.
Cleanliness
Our team ensures the studio and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with puppy safe products before, during, and between classes.
Recharge
Puppies enjoy more than 30 minutes of downtime between sessions and are free to nap whenever they like during class.
Nourishment
Puppies have continuous access to fresh water. Feeding is provided according to their breed, age, and the guidance from their breeder.
Health First
All puppies participating in classes are fully weaned, up to date on vaccinations, and in excellent condition. Each puppy is carefully evaluated before taking part. We partner with local vets should we need them.
Low-Stress
All classes are intentionally low-stress, creating a calm, nurturing environment where puppies feel safe, comfortable, and at ease.
Socialization
Gentle, guided socialization helps puppies build confidence, adjust to new environments, and engage positively with people and other pups—supporting a smooth transition into their new homes.
Comfort Comes First
Every class is thoughtfully designed with puppy wellbeing at the forefront. Puppies have continuous access to hydration and nourishment, along with ample rest time in a clean, carefully maintained environment.
To help preserve a safe and healthy space, guests are asked to follow a few simple guidelines, including sanitizing hands and removing shoes before entering the studio.
OUR BREEDERS
We work closely with local breeders to give puppies positive, early exposure to humans in a calm, supportive environment. This helps them grow more comfortable, reduces stress, and sets them up for an easier transition into their new families. After class, puppies head back to their breeders to rest and reset.

Our classes are purely an experience—never a sales opportunity. The puppies you meet may be for sale; however, we do not discuss purchases. Most are already reserved for their forever families and join us simply to support early socialization, confidence, and comfort before heading home.

What is Puppies and Pilates?
Puppies & Pilates is a thoughtfully curated wellness experience that combines a low-impact mat Pilates class with supervised puppy socialization. While you move and stretch, puppies freely interact with participants in a calm, controlled studio environment, supporting their early development while creating a joyful, feel-good experience for guests.
Where do you get the puppies?
We partner with carefully vetted, local breeders in each city who meet our high standards for care and ethics. Puppies join our classes for early socialization and enrichment during a key developmental window, then return to their breeders before heading home to their forever families.
The puppies may be for sale however, we do not discuss purchases. They participate solely as part of a supervised socialization experience.
How many puppies are in each class?
We do our best to feature larger litters whenever possible—typically between 5 and 12 puppies—to create a balanced, engaging experience. That said, the exact number can vary based on availability and what’s best for the puppies’ well-being.
Can I bring my kids?
Participants must be at least 12 years old to attend. Those ages 12–15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our events are pop-up experiences, all tickets are final sale and non-refundable.
