Our experience is approximately 60 minutes, with additional puppy social time when the litter’s age + energy allow. Puppy wellbeing always comes first.

Puppies and Pilates™ blends low-impact, full-body mat Pilates with intentional puppy interaction—designed to calm the nervous system, elevate your mood, and leave you glowing.

Each class is led by a top-tier Pilates instructor and begins with 45 minutes of expertly guided mat Pilates, followed by 30 minutes of relaxed, feel-good time with our carefully selected puppies. Expect soft moments, gentle play, and plenty of Instagram-worthy content in a beautifully styled studio environment.

Your well-being—and the puppies'—is always our priority. Classes are structured with ample rest, hydration, and clean spaces to ensure a safe, ethical, and elevated experience for everyone.

Arrival time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to allow time for check-in and preparation.
Late arrival: To avoid disruption, entry will not be permitted once 15 minutes have passed after the scheduled start time.
Puppy interaction: Our sessions include live puppies. While we do our best to create opportunities for interaction, time with the puppies cannot be guaranteed. Minor risks such as scratches or playful nips may occur, and the well-being of the puppies is always our top priority.
Waiver requirement: All participants are required to complete and sign a liability waiver before participating in any session.
Age requirement: Participants must be at least 12 years old to attend. Those ages 12–15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Pilates socks required: Pilates socks are required for class and can be purchased at the studio if needed.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Breeds are not guaranteed and may vary at the last minute for various reason.

We had the absolute best time! First, the Pilates class. The teacher was truly wonderful and patient. I do not know how she continued to teach throughout the entire class when half of us stopped paying attention because of the puppies. Second, the puppies!! They were precious and the entire crew working there were so darling to make sure everyone had time with the puppies and cleaned up after their messes. You should definitely come here. It was amazing.

Good workout, great puppies and the staff is wonderful about giving everyone time with the puppies - equally. Great about taking pictures for the participants as well!

We had the BEST time at Puppies & Pilates in Rehoboth Beach! The Pilates mat routine was a serious workout and meeting the Frenchie puppies was great fun! We would definitely attend again! Highly recommend!!

Great workout puppies were adorable!

My sister in law and I had a total blast at puppies and pilates! It was the perfect start to our vacation in rehobeth beach. The pilates class was surprisingly challenging and good. The puppies were completely adorable. My only complaint is it was very warm in the workout room.

This was the best day ever!! Such a fun event and I can’t wait to do it again. Great Pilates class and the puppies were so fun and adorable.

Staff was excellent and overall a wonderful experience.

It was awesome! The class was challenging and more so once they release the puppies! I couldn’t stop laughing. The staff was very attentive to the safety of the puppies. Great experience!!!
